RoboMatic X1 Bugs & Problems

This thread contains any bugs or problems happened while you were running RoboMatic X1, Please post here any problem you got and we will solve it shortly.

Q1 : I can't hear sounds and there is white squares in the program interface, What can I do ?
A : Check that you have " Macromedia Flash Player 7.0 " installed on your PC, if you don't have it, download it from http://www.macromedia.com/
NB :- The program Music engine is depend on Microsoft Windows Media Player and run on any version of it but if you want to enhance your music engine you can do that by download the last & the free version of WMP from Microsoft Website http://www.microsoft.com/ .

Q2 : The program is running too slow and sometimes hangs, Can It run more faster ?
A : If your PC is over the minimum Requirements, close any working programs ( also you may have to disable your anti virus auto protect ) and close all the programs which running in the system tray.

Q3 : After installing RoboMatic X1 an error message appears when I try to open the program, What can I do ?
A: If you have Installed RoboMatic X1, uninstall it then you must be sure that you have installed Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 before you install RoboMatic X1. If you don't have Framework setup you can download it from HERE , install it then try to install RoboMatic X1 again.

Q4 : When I try to run RoboMatic X1 on Windows ME, a lot of error messages appear and the program design looks bad !
A: That's because RoboMatic X1 is designed for Windows XP only and not compatible with other windows versions, but we will try to make it available for all windows versions in the next version of RoboMatic.

Q5 : No popup windows, but the program says: "The Program is already opened."
A:You have to be sure that the program isn't opened in the processes in Windows Task Manager, to do that :
- Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete
- Click on "Processes" tab
- see a process called "RoboMatic X1", right click on it and select "end process" then try to open the program again.

Q6 : Why can't i talk to RoboMatic X1 through the microphone ?..
A : You have to install speech recognition files, but this feature is not availble in the demo version. If you are using the full version, click on options button and remove check from "Disable Speech Recognition" checkbox. you can download Speech Recognition setup from this link:

I have just started to use robomatic X1 and I can't get it to talk I've down loaded the TTS software from Micosoft and still it is not working can you help thanks

If you have any office version (Except 97), open Microsoft Word (2000/XP/2003) then from "Tools" menu choose "Speech" then follow the wizard which will appear to you.

After following the steps in the wizard, see if you can use your mic to read the sentences which will appear to you or not.
